Hey friends, i am in need of starting a powerful cost effective IT project in my country, I am requesting members to send me a well standard IT business proposal so that i use it to convince sponsors who are willing to assist me. ‘I do not have any machine to start the business so the proposal should be for a fresh business to start’ I do not want to under or over estimate the costs, i also dont want to miss out some items on the list.
