You mention one such company. Google finds many, many more. And then, for smaller websites, a freelancer found via sites like, usually is cheaper and faster than big agencies.

If searching in Google, you might like to add your location. Finding a company in, say, Vietnam, might not be optimal for you if you are located in Texas, USA and prefer some physical contact with your developer above using Zoom or Skype.

But you might happen to have a friend or family member having experience with a tool like Wordpress. Then he can help you to make your own site. A basic site can be made in a day. Of course, it's unknown if such a basic site meets your requirements.
Many providers also offer tools to build your own site with webbuilders other than Wordpress.
And if it's about a shop, consider Shopify.

Website Services

There are many website service providers, it really depends on what you're trying to achieve, do they look at customer journey, or are they just processed and design driven. is it for a product or service?

Make a list of what you want and then reach out to many of them on search engines. We used New Media Ghost because they are a small business in US and UK and don't charge much but do a lot of work and asked us questions we didn't even think of. But bottom line is, put together what you're looking for (we chose the above because they helped us do that) and then find the right web service provider who can deal with what you're trying to achieve. Good luck!
