Can someone help me, please?

I read an article or blog here on TR within the last six months. It was a very informative post about how to lock down Windows XP, including having a very limited user account with a blank password and putting a lot of restrictions on IE. I foolishly did not bookmark the post and now I’m trying to find it for a friend. Does anyone remember this post? If so, can someone give me a link to it?
