Can this Excel Feature Be Done?!?

By Mattw ·
am trying to create a simple Point Of Sale system in which, after checking (check-box) and marking the quantities (spinner) of products/services, it fills in the Invoice automaticly with the Description, Quantity, and pricing on a seporate sheet. Ihave everything setup, I just can't figure out how to make the invoice fill out on its own with the selected products/services.

Without more details, I would suggest using VLOOKUP(). Construct a table and use it to look up and fill the invoice. See VLOOKUP in the Help file

Well, I looked at the Vlookup and can't seem to make it do what I want. There are two sheets. Worksheet One has all the item descriptions and pricing. Worksheet Two is an invoice. What I am trying to do is this:

As I select the item, via a checkbox, I want it to apear on the invoice with the description pricing and quantity.

You'll need a short macro attached to each checkbox. Then you can run a VLookup for the pricing and another for the description upon chcking the box. This would be a LOT easier to do in Access, but it can be done in Excel just as well.
