Can Windows XP Home use connect ONLY to specific WLAN?

By Tech_Lady ·
We have two netbooks with Windows XP Home which are used by employees outside of the office (via a limited XP user account) to access emergency contact data stored locally on the PCs. The users bring them into our office at least weekly and log onto the machines and they auto-connect to our wireless access point and update the locally-stored data from a shared folder on our domain (via SyncToy). This is all functioning as expected. What we want to do is limit access to the internet while these PCs are being used outside of our network, but allow them to connect when on site. We hoped we could lock-down the PCs somehow so the only network they can connect to is ours. We do not want the users to be able to take them to hotspots and spend their time surfing. Is this possible? Any help would be appreciated. I've searched and have been unable to find a solution.
