I have HP Pavilion laptop which has started showing the dreaded
“No boot disk found – please insert a bootable disk” (maybe not the exact wording, but that’s the gist of it.
I’ve tried every single recommendation online to sort it out, even tried reseating the hard drive. No success!
I have a working new Chromebook, and a 64GB USB.. Am I able to create a boot USB on my chromebook?
No. Chrome is built off of the Android operating system, so it does not use .exe file extensions. .exe is an executable extension that is used in only Microsoft products. You will have to install the Windows Creation Tool on a Windows system in order for it to work.
