Hello,
My name is Sepideh Mirza and I will complete my Master Degree in August 2001. I have BS in Computer Engineering and I have 10 years experiences in programming, DB analysis and design, full life cycle of a software and alittle networking in broad industry and software and web developer as graduate assistant in US.
I am looking for a job more than 8 months and still here I am!
I have a question, what does usually a IT manager look for?
I have experiences in most of IT area, and I reallylike to work in any of them, and of course I have a prefrence which is web developement.
Now, when a recruiter calls me and asks me about my experiences, may be my experiences are not fit for their needs but I am a quick learner and I can learn anddo what they want.
what should I reply them that they ask me for interview?
I don’t know exactly what is my situation:As I had project leader experience and so on, some of the HR they consider me as experienced and they say “we want entry level”, and some companies they consider me as entry level(b/c I am graduate student) and they reply “we want experienced people”!
at least you tell me which level I am?!
I can send my resume to each of you that have an openning in your company and want a creative and responsible employee.
Many thanks in advance for your help
Sepideh Mirza
