Can you recommend me some color-coding software for files and folders?

Want to find some programm to structure my files and folders, color them in some colors in seconds, just change folder icon to another one, but really fast. Dont want to download every time from the Internet. If someone know, please recommend me some software like this! No matter free or paid.
