Here’s my issue…..I have a Help Desk application that picks up mail via POP3 from an Exchange 2000 account. The mail comes from Outlook Clients using HTML format, and when the POP3 connection from the Help Desk grabs the mail, it pipes it into a Help Desk ticket with all the HTML code in plain text.
Here’s my question….Is there a way to set an account on an Exchange server so that all mail comes into it as plain text, stripping off all the HTML stuff, so that when the POP3 request comes in, it just grabs the text?
