I recently wiped out my Dell Dimension 1100 and got everything in order except for my modem. I couldn’t find the reinstall disk for it, so I used a friend’s laptop to download the drivers I needed directly from Dell’s website.
I can’t connect to the internet still. I have a cable modem that should automatically connect since it’s on at all times. I don’t know what to do since I don’t have the money to have a tech look at it.
Can someone give me an idea of a solution?
