I had a working copy on my computer and kept getting notices that a newer improved version was available. I never could get a download of the latest version.
It has something to do with Java because I see a notice flash on the screen but it is too fast to read.
I downladed the latest java runtime environment jxpiinstall-6u13-fcs-bin-b03-windows-i586-09_mar_2009(2).exe.
Meanwhile I removed PersonalBrain thinking I would reinstall a fresh version. In case the problem was with the installation. The application I removed was working normally so far as I can tell.
Now I cannot connect to the website (this was also the original symptom). Installing the latest RTE of Java was not the solution.
I cannot even get to their tech support page.
