Ok, where to start, in the past couple of days my computer developed an interesting and frustrating quirk. I can no longer drag and drop icons on the desktop, I can also no longer drag bookmarks or start menu programs, or files from one place to another I can select everything but can move nothing at least using my mouse except open windows. I can double click with the Left mouse button and Right click as well. but the drag and drop function is gone, I’m not great at messing with the registry, so i just did a clean install, but it came back within a matter of hours after i updated my system. Help would be appreciated.
