Cannot load Acrobat reader on Mozzilla.

I don’t have a clue to what the problemis.No matter what workaround I use,the screen does not allow me to accept the disclaimer and load.I use Firefox ans Windows XP.

Are you having problems opening PDF documents in Firefox, or installing Adobe Acrobat?

If the problem is opening documents, start by removing and then reinstalling Acrobat.

If the problem is installing Acrobat, there are several things to try.

First, disable any download manager extensions you might have in Firefox.

Second, enable pop-ups and if need be, loosen security settings.

Worst case, download the installer on another computer and copy the file over to your computer.

ActiveX Plug-In

Do you have the ActiveX plug-in for Mozilla installed?

If so, a conflict between it and Flash Player may be at the root of your problem.

Either disable or uninstall the ActiveX plug-in.

You might also need to disable other extensions under the Add-Ons menu.

While I have not had this problem with Flash Player, I have had other problems that have required a full uninstall and clean reinstall of Firefox.
