I use Outlook 2003. I have created several subfolders. I have created rules so that some emails drop into the subfolders instead of my In Box.
If I open one of these emails and reply to it, my reply drops into the same folder. No email actually gets sent. I have looked everywhere but can’t find a fix for this.
The only solution is to move the email to the InBox. Then I can reply, my email goes out like it should. Then I have to move the original email back to its subfolder.
Any idea on a better fix?
