Cannot run mail software

I used to run Incredimail (mail program ) very well. Now it doesn’t run, nor open, nothing ?
I click the icon to start it. it gives a click sound and that is all. How can I fix this problem ? (I have asked for help but it it seems I haven’t go to the right place )
