    Cannot run mail software

    I used to run Incredimail (mail program ) very well. Now it doesn’t run, nor open, nothing ?
    I click the icon to start it. it gives a click sound and that is all. How can I fix this problem ? (I have asked for help but it it seems I haven’t go to the right place )

      I am assuming that you are using MS windows software, to solve your problem, first you should use Outlook or outlook Express (my fave) and make sure you are able to send and receive mails.

      NB: Please remember to save copies of your mails in the Server for later retrieval into Incredimail.

      Secondly, you should re-intall incredimail, but I hope you have back up of your old mails before it stopped responding, otherwise you need care to copy the database, you should check their website for retrieval information, I am also checking for you, would get back to you again.
