Cannot save Excel File

Sometimes user cannot save Ms Excel 2000 document to the directory in a shared network. He has to save the file in the local PC’s harddisk before copying it to the directory in the network drive. The user is using Windows 2000 Professional in Japanese language. The system just prompt “Saving Error” in Japanese language.
