Cannot see any resourses on server

Due to a disk crash I had to reinstall everything on my server. It also runs Exchange 2000 but the problem is that my computer and the server cannot seem to connect. I some files that are available off line and it tells me that I am off line. ButI can access my other two servers and see and access resources. But if I try to connect to the server I reinstalled I cannot access anything.
If I use the find computer and click on it it will open up but it will show me nothing. Other computers win 98 and 2000 are able to see and access items. Mine is 2000
