I have Outlook 2003 setup to use Word as its text editor. The problem i run into is setting the default text for forwarded emails. Currently it is set as Times new roman 12pt. I have attempted to change the default font via Tools, Options, General tab, Email Options button,Personal Stationary tab (whilst composing a message). I change the font for replying and forwarding messages to arial 10pt and when replying to messages this change is reflected however when forwarding the text remains at times new roman 12pt. I need to be able to change the default font for forwarded messages.
