I have a problem with an end user who cannot view the sent items folder in outlook. whenever he sends a message it puts it in his outbox and if he doesnt delete it it will send it out again when he logs off. When I log on it works fine. I tried rebuilding his profile an reinstalling Outlook to know avail. We were previously using Microsoft Exchange Client before outlook
