Can't Access File Folders On WinXP Using Win98

Pls help me on how to access file folders on WInXP using Win98. When I try to access the folder using WinXP ok but using Win98 "extended error has occurred" prompted. I already try to disable the share permission. The folder was shared to everyone but same problem. Hope you can help us on this.

Windows 98 can't read NTFS Partitions

You can read Fat 16 & FAT32 Partitions from Windows XP but not the other way around as Windows 98 doesn't support NTFS Partitions.

If the XP Partitions are FAT32 98 can read them but not if they are NTFS.

That is of course supposing that both OS's are on the same computer in a Dual Boot Setup.
