cant browse network neighborhood

i have a lan set up which is containing win2000 server as a domain controller and around 300 nodes
the entire setup was working well till now,but from last 2 days i found that i am not able to browse the nodes from neighbourhood from almost all nodes,since it is loggin through server.i am useing tcpip protocol and DNS server for name resolution.pls reply immd.
