Help! I installed Linux on a second partition on my HDD and had nothing but problems so I removed the partition. But I cannot seem to get rid of LILO – the Linux Loader program. (I assume it’s in the MBR?)
When it boots it goes to the LILO screen, where I have to choose to boot Linux or Windows. Of course Linux is gone so if I fail to choose Windows (it is Linux by default) it trys to boot Linux and just sits there.
Any idea how I can remove LILO permanently?
