Can't hear Audio, Acrobat Connect/Breeze

I take an online course for school, and the teacher usually uses Acrobat Connect to answer and discuss questions (most of the content is text online, this is more for the discussion or questions).

However, it seems only I cannot hear the teachers microphone. This is a very big deal, and I would really appreciate any help.

Other students in the session can hear the teacher fine, on my friends computer, he can also hear it fine.

I am using WinXP SP2, an ASUS AM2 motherboard (M2N32-SLi Delxue) using the integrated SoundMAX HD Audio chip, with 5.1 speakers, and the bundled Array Microphone (Superbeam Array Mic).

I'm using the most recent drivers.

Has anyone heard of such a problem, or could someone link me to the correct Adobe area to email or contact directly about this issue?
