Can’t install Office 2000 Dev VBA Ext.

I am trying to install Office 2000 Developer under Windows 2000 Server. Office 2000 premium installs ok and works fine. However when I try to install the Developer components, I get an error message saying that it can’t find VBA6 and therefore won’t install the VBA extentions.

I have tried reinstalling and repairing Office 2000. I am working under a logon in the Administrator group so I have full access to the machine.

I would appreciate a workaround, or perhaps osme detail on what exactly is being looked for and can’t be found.

VBA6 is definitely installed as I can use it.
