Can’t map a drive to a Member Server

I have a WIN2K Member server in my NT 4 domain that I can’t map a drive to. The error I get is “Network path not found.” From this server I can ping all servers in the domain by name or IP address, including the PDC, and I can map drives to other servers, but not vice versa.
I have removed the server from the domain and re-added it several times. From Server Manager on the PDC, this server appears with a grayed-out icon and does not seem to be fully authenticated to the domain. I have other WIN2K servers that I can map to just fine. I have a single domain, so it is not a domain trust issue.
