My system is a lap hp pavilion with 1gb ram with an amd 1.8 processor.
I have two problems that seem to be related to the Microsoft Management Console.
1) I tried to Defrag my system and I got this message:
mmc cannot open file C:\windows\system32\dfg.msc
2) I also tried to get into device manager and got this message:
mmc cannot open file c:\windows\system32\devmgmt.msc.
Any help with these problems will be appreciated.
