I am Certified Accountant in India, working as Sr. Business Analyst with around 3 yrs of experience. I am involved in Software Analysis and Testing of mostly Financial Services
Applications.
My Problem is the company in which I am working is indire straits. So, Job change is inevitable. I am not able to decide whether to be in Analysis job or testing keeping long term interests in view. In general other companies ask around 10 yrs of experience for Busniess Analyst.
Please help me in choosing my career.
