I’m so down from this… I took a 3-month time frame to do a self-study/CBT/hands-on course through a local college to pass the CCNA, which I’ve put off for a long time now… I did a great job studying, learning, and feel I could do ANY day-to-day operation I need to with the skills the CCNA taught me.
My depressing news comes in that I got a 847, two points too low for a passing score and feel like the book I read doesn’t offer enough on the topics I had the hardest time with. ISDN and Frame Relay were my weak points. I was so pumped about this, passing and finally adding the CCNA to my card-list… Part of why I’m so upset about this is the time I spent cramming for the actual exam (as compared with book-study perviously)and didn’t pass when ex-coworkers have read the “dummies” book and passed with no experience. This was years ago possibly before it was as hands-on, etc too.!
Does anyone know of good sites where I can learn more about this? I’m looking for just enough to get me over th edge, not white papers…
Advice and consolations would be appreciated…
