After doing a big cleanup of my system (XP), including registry cleanup, both my CD and DVD/RW are not recognized. Device manager sees the hardware but says a driver(service) has been disabled … code 32. Tried reinstalling drivers, including updated ones, but problem remains. My cleanup probably removed something both drivers are looking for. Any ideas what to do? Thanks. …Hal
