cd to 2nd hard drive

I asked about this be fore but never got a real good answer. There must be a easy way of putting data from a cd right to the second hard drive. I got some answers before ,but did`nt quite under stand them. So please some one tell me an easy way in detail on how to do this. theres got to be an easy way Thank you wwwfluffy@new.rr.com I did`nt have the computor to long so thats why I don`t under stand some of the answers please help me out , when you put a cd in it automatically goes to the c drive, thats why i don`t no how to get it to the other hard drive
