A user is trying to burn CDs using Nero v.6. Each time she does, 2 things happen:
1) Nero starts the burn process but waits 3-5 minutes before actually burning the CD.
Question 1: What’s going on here? The burn process used to begin almost immediately.
2) Microsoft’s CD Wizard pops up and wants to burn the CD even though the IMAPI CD service has been turned off.
Question 2: How can the CD Wizard be tracked down and deleted?
