Cell format protection in Excel 97

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of a way to protect a spreadsheet so that our users cannot change the formatting of the cells in any way… without getting into needing to enter a password to modify the document? Our users keep resizing the heightsand widths and it’s getting quite frustrating.

Any help would be much appreciated.
