The situation I have is that, If the computers on the main Floor are turned on, Cell phones in the lower level will not work!
Cell phones in the computer room work just fine either way.
The network cabling (CAT-5) has been tested and no faults were found.
The phone wiring to the computer room has been tested and no faults were found.
When the computers are turned off There are no problems whatsoever.
Any suggestions?
