Centralize Ms Outlook Activities

Hi,

We are using Windows 2000 & MS Outlook 9.0.0. We are 5 users in the company and we want to have centralized Mail server to use the same contacts list and view Emails sent to a specific emailid by everyone.

We would also like to share the Folders created in Outlook, can anyone suggest how to go about it, tried to look in help but no use 🙁
