Centrally stored templates

My boss wants us to use exactly one copy of given templates so we can standardize documents look and feel. However, when we tell MS Office that it should look to the server to access templates, we get sharing violations. How can we have one copy of a template on the server able to be used by multiple people?

You must assign shares & permissions to that drive/folder. The mechanics of this depends on your NOS. Then ensure the users meet or exceed that level.

Great stuff-too simple. Can’t see why I didn’t see it. another 50 if you can help me figure out why using Poledit to mandate this isn’t working.
