    by bubel.ivanov ·

    Hi!

A company wants to sell software for Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) as a separate product. However, the export regulations and laws are different depends on a country. The problem is in searching for regulations, legislative projects that affect the CLM product. Which legislation is this product subject to?
The countries of interest are the Middle Eastern states: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Sudan, Bahrain, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Yemen, Qatar Cyprus, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Syria, TĂĽrkiye.

If anyone knows or even works in the same sphere, I would be so glad if you made a comment on my issue.

I worked for a time in export control for a large company. The work was as close to being a lawyer or politician as I would care to be.

The one thing was that we had a specialist for each country or region since regulations were deep and at times onerous. I only had to deal with Canada and Germany at the time with some export from the USA.

Today I would seek out a company that works in export control but no, I don’t know of any today since that was over a decade ago. But hey, Google.
