When you are planning to hire a person,what Will you choose ,Certification Or Capability ?
Most company seem to prefer to the former one,is that right?
Because I teach myself and don’t have Certifications, My friends tell me they won’t consider ofyou no matter wheather you are capable or not. Is that right?
I am planning to get a job,and I wonder!
