In Exchange 2003 (Outlook 2007 on the client side), we have a distribution group named IT Team to allow users to submit request to our team. Emails are then delivered to the group members mailboxes. This decentralizes the requests and make management of the requests difficult at best.
I would like to move the itteam address to a user level mailbox and then grant full access mailbox right to the itteam members in Outlook. This will allow us to categorize all requsts and manage issues from a centralized mailbox.
Any thoughts or direction would be greatly appreciated.
