change attachment viewer in Outlook 2002

Somehow the default attachment viewer for Outlook has changed from Windows Picture & Fax Viewer to MS Photo Editor. How do I change it back. It wasn’t done on purpose but I sure don’t like the change. Thanks in advance for any and all advice.
