In Outlook 2007, in contatcs my email address is shown as xyz@abc.com and in teh email display as column as it comes up as XYZ (xyx@abc.com). When I try and send, having inserted an email address from my contacts, teh “to” box will typically show XYZ (xyz@abc.com). However, unless I delete (xyz@abc.com) teh email will not send.
How do I change teh way Outlook creates teh Email Display as entry so that it does not include the(xyz@abc.com)entry – just XYZ. At present I have manually to go into each of my contacts and delete teh “(xyz@abc.com)” which is a real bore
