Hi All,
I have been a software developer since 7 years. Worked on various old and latest technologies. Now i feel that i m in a state when i should bring my career one step ahead what i have now. Now a days i dont find interest in coding, fixing bugs etc. I feel that i should be in some managerial position or on the consulting lead.
But at the same time i am confused and scared too that the knowledge what i have would be useful to make me a successful manager or a consulting leader.
What should and should not i learn to make this transation smooth and full of confidence.
Any kind of help is much appreciated.
