Situation: I have existing Word files saved in a folder in C: drive. I am using Windows 98 second edition operating system.
When I go to Explorer and point to the file I want to open, the AUTHOR and TITLE information shows up on the left side of the screen under the icon of the folder where the file is located.
The TITLE information shown is the wordings on the first line of the document.
I would like and prefer that this view of the Author and Title information be hidden or not displayed.
Any tip on how can I do this???

Situation: I had my hard drive partitioned. So I have drive C and D. I also have drive E for my CD-ROM.
When I need to find a file or folder, I click on Windows Explorer then Tools the Find the Files or Folder.
At Find there is that section called ?Look in:? The default is always C: drive. I would like to change this default so that next time I use Find Files or Folders on Windows Explorer, the Look in: will be set on default for explorer to find on all local hard drives (C: AND D:)
My computer is on: Windows 98 O/S 2ed; MS Office 2000
