Hi,
I need to change the product key on an existing install of Win2K pro.
Situation – I was building a “new” pc from old parts for a neighbor who could not afford to buy a new one when her old one died. She had Win2K Pro on her old one. She has the CD. I have Win2K Pro CD, also. As she was not around when it came to install, I used my CD and my product key to install it, figuring that keyfinder.exe (aka MagicJellyBean) would let me swap CD keys when it came time to give her the pc.
Only no such luck.
Anyone know how to switch the Win2K Pro CD key on her pc to her Win2K Pro CD key so it is not using mine anymore?
