Changing broadband provider, they don’t provide IP address

I live in UK, I am with Virgin Media but I am changing provider to Toob.

    I use NordVpn.

Toob don’t provide an IP address, they use CGNAT, do I get the same level of protection with the VPN as I do now since they don’t have IP address?

Also I work from home, it means that my job’s computer systems connect to my laptop using my IP address. I’m wondering, if I don’t have an IP address, would my employer still be able to connect to my laptop remotely?

    Thanks

      1. If there was no IP address, nothing would work. So something was left unsaid or unasked. i.e., there is an IP address.
      2. Can’t know since remote access systems are all over the map along with home and ISP networks. Best to test it out.
