Changing Eudora date from US display

Eudora is displaying the date in the American standard.
Month/day/year I need to change it to Australian
display. As far as I can tell the computer is set to W.
Australian standard time.
The installation is the latest version running on a Winxp
box.
The date settings read Local time zone and 1% 2%
