Changing file name in Properties in Excel

When I open a file in Excel or Word, and click properties, under “location” my personal name seems to be after c:\documents and setting\Norman\MyDocuments
I need to take out the name Norman or change the existing files and all files that are made to another name.

How do I do this in Excel?
When I am sending documents to people and if they click properties, they can see the name.

In word when I click, tools, options and click file locations, it says my name in there too under locations which is highlighted. If I click the modify button it just brings up the box for accessing all my documents.
