We have a weird problem. At ad hoc times, dozens of windows will start to open whilst we are working on outlook or in IE. Each time we close them down, they either remain closed or suddenly start opening up again. Whilst they are opening all work must stop. But they can be kept in the background if necessary once all have opened up.
Any ideas?
Also when clicking on a H-link, it goes to a window that tells us we have to locate a Web Browser to get to that address. It may be related or not.
