Checking SQL 6.5 errors

by ramym . Updated 23 years, 3 months ago

I tried to upgrade my SQL 6.5 Server to SQL 7, and 2000, and I always get a failing upgrade.

I tried checking the inconsistencies in the SQL 6.5 using the DBCC CHECKALLOC and DBCC NEWALLOC, I always get a message “Msg 2503: Table Corrupt: Page linkage is not consistent: check the following pages: (current page#=24094; page# pointing to this page=38788; previous page# indicated in this page=40031).

How can I repair these inconsistencies, knowing that I’m running SQL 6.5 Service Pack 5a?
