i am in charge to find an erp software for my company.
We have 2 factory of 250 workers in china and our customer service is located 600 km far way from the two factories.
I had a demonstration last month of:
– Microsoft Dynamics NAV
– Sap business one
– Ufida U8
– Kingdee erp
I have been really disappointed by the demonstration of theses software.
I chosed the best consultant agency of Shanghai, where we are located.
Anyway.
I would like to ask you your advice on wich software is potentialy the best for us.
We need to manage two factories and on customer service through this erp.
Of course we need the warehouse management, supply chain and manufacturing management and a link with the financial software.
In that case we need to use an VPN or Citrix because all theses software dont have web access.
So first question:
Is it safe an reliable to work through a such system (VPN or Citrix) ?
Do you know any other solution to avoid this ?
Second question:
According to your experience, wich software is the best in term of customization to suit to our workflow.
If you can give me some advices.
