I recently purchased a new mobo (Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI Socket 775) along with a new stick of 1G DDR2 800 RAM, a GeForce 8600 GT and a brand new 550w power supply. Every time I try to boot the system, however, I can never actually reach the BIOS screen. My keyboard / mouse (both usb) do not light up and the monitor light stays orange. The weird thing is that the motherboard lights are on, video card fan is spinning and the cpu fan is on. What could be wrong? I’ve been banging my head against the wall (along with everyone I’ve asked for help) to try and fix this thing.
Any thoughts?
